Privacy Policy

Last updated

This policy explains how Saffron handles personal information when you visit our website, book a conversation, or work with us.

Information You Share

You can browse our website without an account or providing your name or email. If you email us or book a conversation, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share. Client work may involve additional information provided for the agreed project.

How We Use It

We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange meetings, deliver and support agreed services, maintain business records, and protect our systems. These purposes are based on our legitimate interests in responding and operating securely, performing a contract, or meeting legal obligations, as applicable. We do not use visitor or enquiry data for marketing.

Visitor Analytics

We use Google Analytics for visitor counts and basic website statistics, not to identify visitors by name. Google may process cookies, online identifiers, browser and device information, IP addresses, and pages visited to produce these reports. See how Google uses this information. You can manage cookies in your browser or use Google's Analytics opt-out tool.

Bookings & Cookies

Our embedded booking calendar connects to Cal.com when it loads. Cal.com processes booking information and technical data to provide scheduling, and may use cookies for preferences and security. See Cal.com's Privacy Policy for details. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking them may affect the calendar.

Client Data & AI

If a project involves personal data, its handling, AI providers, permitted uses, and retention are covered by the project's data-processing terms. Where we act on a client's behalf, we follow their instructions. This website policy does not replace those project-specific terms.

Sharing & International Processing

Relevant information may be shared with providers supporting hosting, analytics, scheduling, communications, and agreed project delivery, or disclosed when legally required. Providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Contact us for details of providers and transfer safeguards relevant to your information.

Retention & Security

We retain information for as long as needed for website measurement, enquiries, engagements, legal recordkeeping, and resolving disputes. Client data return and deletion follow the project agreement and applicable law. We take reasonable steps to protect information and limit access to those who need it, but no online system can guarantee complete security.

Your Rights & Contact

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity. For privacy questions or requests, email query@saffron.ink. For data we handle on a client's behalf, contact that organisation first.

Policy Updates

We will publish updates here and revise the date above, with additional notice where required by law.
